If you have added the flexpass to your session while booking or own a membership, you can cancel your session yourself independently via your customer account under "Surf Session Overview" up to 48 hours before the session starts. The session will automatically be credited to your account, and you can use this credit to book a new session in the same category (Beginner, A-Frame, or Point).
Your credit from the cancellation will be automatically applied to the next booking in the same price category in the last booking step.
Important note: The flexpass cannot be booked for family members.
