If you have purchased a package from us, it will automatically be saved in your customer account.
Under "Trophies and benefits" you can see how many package slots are still available.
If you want to book with your package, all you have to do is select a session in the right price category (A-Frame / Pointbreak) and go through the regular booking process. In the last step of the booking process, the package slot is automatically deducted and the price goes to €0, so you don't have to pay anything.
If you have problems booking with package slots, these tips will help you:
One session per booking process
Only one package slot can be used per booking process. If you want to purchase several sessions with one package, you will have to go through the booking process several times.
Go to the last step of the booking
The price is only ever set to zero in the very last step of the booking process. As soon as you continue to "Checkout", the amount is reduced to €0 and you can book with your package slot.
Customer account was selected incorrectly
All our packages are personal and the package slots cannot be passed on to other people. Bookings can only be made via the package if the surfer for whom the package is stored in the customer account has been selected.
Suitable package for the respective session
Please note that the packages are only valid within their category. There are different packages for A-Frame and for our Point Break.
Browser/device change
Sometimes the problem can also be solved by using a different browser or making the booking on a PC or laptop instead of a cell phone.
