You can cancel your session free of charge. If you are unable to attend your booked session, please contact our Customer Service at contact@surftown.de.

Up to 7 days before your session:
With a medical certificate, the session can be rescheduled or transferred to another person due to illness or injury.
To do so, please contact our Customer Service at contact@surftown.de. We will help you find a suitable solution.
0-6 days before your session:
- Same Day Rescheduling: It is not possible to cancel or reschedule your session to another day. If there is availability in an alternative session of the same price category on the day of your originally booked session, we can change your session free of charge. To arrange this, please contact our Customer Service at contact@surftown.de no later than one day before your session.
- Transfer of the session to another person: If you are unable to attend the session and/or cannot find available spots for an alternative session on the same day, we can transfer your session to a substitute person of your choice. Please note that they will need to have an account with us. Member sessions can only be transferred between members. To arrange this, please contact our Customer Service at contact@surftown.de no later than one day before your session.
