To join a Freesurf Session, you need to have SURFTOWN Local Status. Once you’ve obtained it, you can participate in Freesurf Sessions.
Since these sessions take place without any briefing or guiding, it’s also important that you can surf confidently and independently at your chosen level – Advanced, Expert or Pro– and that you have full control of your timing and positioning when catching waves without tips from a guide.
